Use Silent BCC for Outlook to monitor your company's outgoing email

If you need to monitor the email correspondence of your employees, we recommend using Silent BCC for Outlook. This plug-in is absolutely invisible in Outlook. Once installed, it will deliver the BCC copies of all messages sent from all user accounts of a given PC to the specified address, and users will never know that BCC copies were actually sent from their machines.

Create rule to automatically send CC/BCC copies of your messages

With just a few clicks you can create a rule that will automatically add CC / BCC recipients to your e-mail messages.

Your rules can trigger on:

  • To and CC fields

And of course, you can:

  • BCC/CC all your outgoing messages
  • Create rules for different Outlook profiles and accounts.
  • Fill multiple addresses in the CC and/or BCC fields
  • Send CC and BCC copies of the same email at a time
  • Exclude duplicates from the CC and BCC fields
  • Use several key phrases for each condition in your rules
  • Add exceptions to your rules
  • Easily manage your existing rules
