Duplicate Email Remover for Outlook is a powerful and flexible addin for finding and processing duplicated mail messages in Microsoft Outlook folders.
Duplicate Email Remover processes both email messages and posts in mail-type Microsoft Outlook folders.
You can use Duplicate Email Remover to find duplicate mail messages in one Outlook folder or various folders.
To remove duplicates in Outlook contacts, notes, tasks, journal and calendar items please use Duplicates Remover for Outlook.
To delete duplicates from Outlook Express please use please use Remove Duplicates from Outlook Express.
So, you can easily test the add-in and preview the messages to be deleted.
The priority system of the add-in is used when you search duplicates across several folders. Using the priority system, you can specify, for example, that of the two identical messages stored in the folders "Important Letters" and "Temporary Folder", it is the message from the temporary folder that should be considered duplicate and needs to be deleted (marked, moved).
Duplicate Email Remover is fully compatible with Microsoft Exchange Server and may be used to process public folders on a server. Also, if you have the permission to connect to the mailboxes of other users, you can process their mailboxes as your own mailbox.
