If your message contains phrase like "see the attached file", and you didn't attach anything to the email, the add-in will prompt you about attachment.
Attachments Forget is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002 (XP), and Outlook 2000.

Do you tend to forget attaching a necessary file before sending a message?
With Attachments Forget you will never feel embarrassed for not attaching a due file!Attachments Forget looks through the message and if it finds any of the specified key phrases (e.g., "see attachment" or "in the attached file") but no file is attached to the message, the program will promt you to attach a file.
The add-in works automatically and requires minimum settings. You can edit the list of key phrases, delete them and create new ones. Attachments Forget is able to react not only to phrases but also to word parts. So, if the key phrase is "attach", you can be sure that when the words "attaching" or "attached" are detected, Attachments Forget will notify you that you have forgotten to add the file.
Please make sure the Attachments Forget plugin is enabled.
After you install the MAPILab Toolbox, go to "Tools" -> "MAPILab Toolbox" -> "Options" and make sure the checkbox of the plugin is checked.
Now you specify words and letter-groups in the component's settings (menu "Tools" --> "MAPILab Toolbox" --> "Attachment Forget"), to be regarded by the component as key-phrases in your messages. The following letter-groups can be added: "attach", "see attachment", etc.
After this the component's configuration may be regarded as completed. Now, if a new message has one of the key phrases but no attachment enclosed, you will get a prompt:
