The new Spreadsheet Assistant toolbar puts 30 of the Spreadsheet Assistant's features on an optional toolbar for easy use. with just the click of a button: The Quick button displays a customizable menu that lets you put your favorite features on it for fast access. And, you can even put menu items that run your own personal macros onto the Quick menu:

Windows Explorer

Clicking on the Windows Explorer menu item opens the Windows Explorer directly to the current directory (the one you see when you click on File, Open)

The Favorite Directories menu item displays a dialog where you can list your favorite directories for quick access, as illustrated by the following entries:

Bookmarks

The Bookmarks menu item displays a dialog where you can list your locations in files for quick access. If the file is not open, the Spreadsheet Assistant will automatically open it.

All The Assistants

The All The Assistants sub menu displays a list of all the features in the Spreadsheet Assistant. You can run the selected feature, display help on it, or assign it to a button for quick access.

Help / Exercise File / Order

The Help / Exercise File / Order options provide quick access to the Spreadsheet Assistant help file and to the Spreadsheet Assistant exercise file. The exercise file provides a quick way for new users to learn many of the Spreadsheet Assistant features. The help file provides write-ups on each of the Spreadsheet Assistant's features.
