Quick Chart Creator in detail

MS Excel proved to be really great software and it is impossible to imagine how one can do without it. But as all great things it couldn't avoid some insignificant but annoying drawbacks. And Quick Chart Creator is an Excel add-in specially designed to overcome some of them.

Quick Chart Creator is a menu driven tool that allows you to construct a graph step-by-step:

Quick Chart Creator - Use one Excel chart for many rows of data

With Quick Chart Creator, you only have to construct one graph to graphically see many rows of data. Features in Quick Chart Creator allow you to insert trend lines and comparison lines. Also, you can differentiate the points on the line - for example the first set of data on a row may represent actual results and the second set - future projections. You can even have the trend line being applied only to the actual data points. Quick Chart Creator is great for anyone who wants to see their data graphically:

Quick Chart Creator adds its own toolbar to Excel for easy and fast access to the new features:

The Quick Chart Creator toolbar buttons list:

  • Fast access to the Quick Chart Creator Wizard
  • Easy change of data being plotted
  • Switch from one sheet to another. This way the data being plotted (example: price) on different sheets (example: products or regions) can easily be viewed. And, there are options to allow you to batch print all your data from the chart.
  • Full screen view of the chart
  • Switch from a line to a column graph
  • Easy editing of the chart comments
  • Setting custom minimum and maximum axis values
  • Relocating the table of values so that it does not cover up the data being plotted

NOTE: If you create a Quick Chart and send the workbook to another Excel user, that user can use the FREE Quick Chart Viewer to view the data via Quick Charts. Only uses who need to create Quick Charts need to purchase the Quick Chart Creator.
