Chart Viewer in detail

The Chart Viewer allows you to view embedded charts in a slide show fashion. Now, instead of looking at small embedded charts, you can view the charts full size. When you click on View, Chart Viewer, the following dialog appears:

When you select the first option, View Charts, and click OK, the embedded charts are presented one at a time in full screen mode. The following toolbar appears to help you navigate between the charts:

The "Prev" and "Next" button rotates you through the charts on the active sheet. The "Left" and "Right" buttons allows you to change from one worksheet to another. This is very useful if you have sets of charts for different views of your data.

The Chart Viewer is not limited to viewing just charts. One of the features of the Chart Viewer allows you to create a blank chart. In this chart you can type in text, just like you would in a PowerPoint presentation. You can also copy sections of your worksheets and paste into the blank charts. This allows you to create a management style presentation that is easy to view and far smaller than a PowerPoint file.
