Collection, simply select Tools, Macro Systems Add-ins, and select the add-in you wish to open from the following dialog:

For example, if you want to open the Chart Assistant, highlight it and click the Open/Redisplay toolbar button. If you want to see the add-in's help file to find more about the add-in or how to use it, click the Display add-in's Help File button.
A description of the add-in is displayed in the right hand window when you click on the add-in.
