Select the cell that contains formatting you want to select. Do one of the following:

  To select all adjacent cells in the current row that contains the same formatting as the current cell - click the Smart Row Select button on the toolbar.
• 
  
  
  To select all adjacent cells in the current column that contains the same formatting as the current cell - click the Smart Column Select button on the toolbar.

Tip: These features are especially useful when formatting tables.

How to select in just one click

That's easy.

1. Press the mouse button down while the mouse pointer is over the Advanced Excel Select button on the toolbar.
2. Move the mouse to the required menu item.
3. Release the mouse button.
